Description of position:
 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for medical record review for subject recruitment in Phase I-IV clinical studies and medical training for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
  2. Conduct communications with clinical experts regarding clinical research projects to deepen their understanding of the company’s projects and investigational drugs.
  3. Collect clinical information and expert feedback, and adjust subject recruitment strategies in a timely manner based on feedback to facilitate project progress.
  4. Organize and participate in clinical research-related communication activities, including project kick-off meetings, research communication meetings, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. More than 3 years of work experience in medicine, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), or market medical affairs.
  2. Medical professional background with strong self-learning ability.
  3. Interest in the field of new drug clinical research.
  4. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.
  5. Strong goal orientation.
  6. Willing to travel on a monthly basis as required.

Experience in oncology pharmaceuticals is preferred; experience related to clinical research is preferred.
