Location：Shanghai/Nanjing

Role & Responsiblity：

•      Oncology disease biologist/Translational medicine representative for study and other relevant teams

•      Provide input on the clinical biomarker strategies for relevant company sponsored clinical trials

•      Participate in development and implementation of pharmacodynamic, pharmacogenomic and pharmacogenetic assays into company sponsored clinical trials

•      Design, plan, execute, and analyze complex results from in vitro, in vivo assays and translational medicine studies

•      Review current literature and contribute novel ideas to guide the pre-clinical and clinical development of novel cancer therapies

•      Manage / lead therapeutically focused external collaborations (academic and industrial) as a subject matter expert in oncology biology

•      Participate in an interactive, team-oriented culture, interfacing with a variety of project teams

Requirements：

•      A Ph.D. major in pharmaceutical/cytobiology/oncology

•      Has good understanding and experience in oncology drug discovery and development

•      Contributes effectively in a cross-functional role and serve as a subject-matter expert

•      Has Strong desire and capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

•      Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills

•      Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
